Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Megan — founder of Buff Babe Bites.

I believe healthy food should taste good. As a personal trainer, wife, and mom, I've always been passionate about finding the balance between real-life cravings and real results — and that starts in the kitchen. Cooking has always been my love language, and Buff Babe Bites was born from that desire to fuel others with food that not only fits their macros, but feeds their soul too.

Whether you're tracking for performance, lifestyle, or just trying to eat a little better — I wanted to make that process simple, flavorful, and fun. I'm here to take the guesswork out of macros and bring you comfort foods with intentional, healthy swaps — the kind that hit just as hard as the "real thing," but leave you feeling even better.

I didn't always eat healthy. I grew up in a big Italian family where food meant everything—celebration, comfort, connection. Flavor was the language of love, and I never imagined giving that up. But when I set out to lose weight and feel better in my body, I quickly realized the world of "healthy eating" didn't speak that same language. It felt restrictive, bland, and unsatisfying.

At the time, I was deep in pre-med studies and researching food addiction. I began to understand how emotional our connection to food really is—and how damaging the all-or-nothing mindset can be. That's when everything clicked. We don't need less flavor… we need better tools. Meals that fuel your body and still feed your soul.

I became a personal trainer and spent the next six years helping hundreds of clients transform not just their bodies—but their relationship with food. I watched how much more sustainable the journey became when we actually enjoyed what we ate. That's when Buff Babe Bites was born.

What started as home-cooked, macro-balanced meals for myself and my clients grew into something much bigger. It became a movement of people who want to feel strong, eat well, and never give up the joy of food. And as a mom, trust me—if it can pass the kid taste-test, it's a win.
